Help with local-first dictation on your Mac.
Before reporting a problem
Open TalkDo's menu and choose Help & Support > Copy Support Report. It contains application state, timings, and insertion outcomes, but no transcript text.
Support channel
Report a problem through the Neutrino contact form and put TalkDo in the subject. Include your macOS version, target application, transcription engine, and the copied support report. Do not attach private recordings or dictated text unless you intentionally choose to share them.
Immediate recovery
If text was not inserted, open the TalkDo menu. Use Copy Ready Text or Recover Latest Recording before deleting any recovery item. A stuck microphone can always be stopped from the menu.
